Uploading Info for Speakers and Exhibitors
FOR SPEAKERS
We're looking forward to having you speak with us at this year's conference! Since the conference is virtual, there are a few things you'll need to provide to help attendees have a great experience when they attend your session.
Please gather the following materials before beginning to upload:
- A headshot or photo of yourself
- Headshots of your co-presenters (if applicable)
- Your recorded presentation
- Presentation handout materials

FOR EXHIBITORS
We can't wait to have you join us as an exhibitor this year! Your virtual booth provides a unique opportunity to connect with attendees in new ways. We encourage you to have handouts, giveaways or raffles as a way to engage with attendees while they attend the conference.
Please gather the following materials before beginning to upload:
- Your logo and poster
- Your virtual welcome screen
- Your booth background
- A company description (50-75 words)
- Welcome information (including a welcome video, graphic, and any text)
- Information for your custom booth tabs (common ones include 'About Us', 'Social Media', 'Services', 'Products', etc.)
