Niki Ramirez is an engaging, sought-after, certified human resource professional with over 20 years of successful experience in leadership and human resources management and is a trusted industry expert. To date, she has facilitated 100's of training sessions, workshops and thought-provoking conversations for 1,000's of ambitious HR and business leaders at local and national conferences across the Country, including: 5 years at the Arizona State SHRM Conference, 5 years at the National Native American HR Association National Conference, and many other associations and organizations.

Known for her exciting, interactive presentations, she has developed a unique and practical approach to balancing employees’ and employer’s needs; this balance yields maximum results for all stakeholders. Niki believes in the power of collaboration and communication and that success is accomplished is through the dedication of great employees who feel respected and empowered in the workplace. This belief shines through in each session that she facilitates.

Niki's passion is to educate employers and their employees to work in partnership to design and implement meaningful workplace and human resources programs rooted in collaboration, respect, trust and open communication creating a positive ripple in the world.

Over the years, Niki’s has been trusted to serve in operational management and leadership roles, as a human resources consultant with a Fortune 500 company, as well as community college adjunct faculty, and as a human resources executive. She is also a long-term volunteer, supporting the You're Hired! Program offered through Junior Achievement of Arizona. The program mission is to prepare youth for success in the workplace. In addition to her 3 HR professional certifications, Niki is bi-lingual in Spanish/English, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish from Arizona State University, and an MBA in HR Management from the University of Phoenix.
