Joe Rotella is a leading thinker and professional speaker in business strategy, continuous performance management, and HR technology. He currently serves as Chief Value Officer (CVO) for Delphia Consulting, LLC, a national consulting firm based in Columbus, Ohio.

Joe has over 30 years of experience and serves as the Certification Manager for the Human Resources Association of Central Ohio (HRACO). Joe is the co-creator of miviva - a solution to help an organization set and track goals and KPIs.

One of Joe's many hobbies is mixed media art. His work has appeared in numerous magazines, including Somerset Studio Gallery. He has served on many design teams, taught thousands of students in classes at large events such as Gen Con, and is a frequent guest on Make It Artsy that airs on PBS TV and Create TV.
